The victim was thrown by people not differently identified in a water tank arranged for the disaster victims of the last catastrophes which have occurred in the aforementioned city in April 2020, ACP announces.
According to the members of his family, who affirm that their brother was found by a child who left to the toilets and, after his need, the child moved towards the tank where he will find Mr. Mbombo bound of the arms, the legs and the mouth blocked by cords, being in a critical state.
