The combatants protest against the arrest of Isaac Tshiswaka "kidnapped" around 3 hours of the morning and led to Lubumbashi. "One tells to us that the court had emitted a mandate against him", affirms Bruno Tshibangu Kabaji, president of the federation of the UDPS Lubumbashi contacted by Actualite.cd.

And the militants attacked the residence of the federal president of the UDPS, Gabriel Tshimanga, estimating that he would be accessory to the arrest to Isaac Tshiswaka. This last was at the head of "illicit customs brigade" between DRC and Zambia. This team was made up of the UDPS militants for the majority. Tshiswaka was accused by the provincial government of Haut-Katanga to be at the base of casting of the receipts with his own tariff grid. The "Bilanga Base" that he managed was destroyed by the security forces.

A tension is observed this Monday January 18 in Kasumbalesa in the province of Haut-Katanga following this interpellation. Partisans claiming UDPS went down in the street requiring the release of Tshiswaka. This last was the leader of the UDPS " Bilanga Base".
