The Economic Community of the Central Africa States (CEEAC) has a new President-in-Office in the person of Denis Sassou Nguesso, president of the Republic of Congo. The transfer of witness between the outgoing President-in-Office Ali Bongo, President of Gabon and, the entering one, took place during the 18th ordinary session of the Conference of the Heads of State and government of the CEEAC opens this Friday November 27, 2020 in the Gabonese capital.
The DRC is represented in this session by the Foreign Minister Ntumba Nzeza, the Head of the State Felix Tshisekedi being prevented.
