The Congolese News Agency Agency (ACP) announced in its bulletin of this morning that president Felix Tshisekedi expressed his gratitude to all the partners of the democratic Republic of Congo who brought to him their assistance in the fight against the pandemia of Covid-19, at the time of his intervention by videoconference, at the General meeting of the United Nations, whose work opened on Tuesday in New York in the United States.

Always in the same order of idea, L’AVENIR reports that, "7th session of the General meeting of the United Nations: Tshisekedi carries very high the voice of the DRC ". According to the tabloid of the Bas –Congo avenue, the general debate of 7th session of the General meeting of the United Nations opened Tuesday on the topic:"future that we want, UN that we need; let us reaffirm our collective attachment with the multilateralism, to face Covid-19 by means of a real multilateral action ".

And to make hear the voice of the democratic Republic of Congo to the session of this General meeting of the United Nations, reveals this tabloid, the Head of State, Felix Tshisekedi touched several points in particular that of the presence of several armed groups having the means which enable them to continue their activities. These means, L’AVENIR points out, often come from the illicit exploitation of the natural resources run out, apart from the DRC, through well established networks and, without any doubt, with the assistance of certain procurers. To believe it, this newspaper continues, "we cannot, indeed, manage to neutralize the armed groups without eradicating their sources of provisioning and the support which are these networks and other procurers", Felix Tshisekedi declared.

In another register, purely economic, AFRICA NEWS mentions:"the PM Ilunga praises the opportunities of DR Congo". Globally, we endeavour to change the general businesses climate necessary to the attraction of the private investment as well national as foreign origin, Sylvestre Ilunga Ilunkamba, taken again by this triweekly said.

For the head of the government, relayed by this media, "DR Congo is ready to offer to its Indian partners the business opportunities and investments in the key sectors of the economy". Sylvestre Ilunga spoke about it on Tuesday September 22, at the time of his intervention by videoconference, at the inaugural session of the conclave on new sizes of the India-Africa partnership in the world order post Covid-19. The tabloid also specifies that in his short speech, Sylvestre Ilunga primarily centered his speech on the comparative advantage that DR-Congo intends to put at the service of a commercial and financial partnership mutually with India.

On its side, LE POTENTIEL focuses on the missed displacement of Felix Tshisekedi to Goma and mentions: "unhealthy Climate to Goma: unvoiced comments of the cancellation of the presidential visit ". The tabloid of the Bas-Congo avenue questions himself if Felix Tshisekedi has really cancelled his visit of the town of Goma for "reason of charged diary" or for "insecurity reason " observed in the eve of his arrival? The truth, the cancellation of the visit of the president of the Republic to Goma consolidates, undoubtedly, the existence of an unhealthy climate in this part of the national territory. In addition to the slaughters perpetrated by ADF rebels in Beni, the hostile messages and other acts of sabotage were announced to the county town of the province of North Kivu, LE POTENTIEL reports. If it is necessary to add to this cocktail the talks conveyed by the spokesman of the UNC against this voyage, it is necessary to affirm that it was more careful that the Head of State goes there, the tabloid concludes.
