According to the cell of communication of this ministry, it is in forecast of the next Russia-Africa summit which will be taken place in Sochi that the delegation of the DRC carried out this displacement.

Julien Paluku, who stays in Moscow with his colleague of Transport Didier Mazenga, let know in his tweeter account that it is on instruction of the Head of State Felix Tshisekedi that he stays in Russia to join again the bond broken by the Covid-19 effect.

The DRC experts will work with other experts in order to get ready the Africa-Russia summit which will be taken place in Sochi.

The DRC and Russia continue their exchanges aiming at reaching the agreements obtained at the time of the first summit which was taken place in 2019 always in Sochi. This summit which allowed to put the Kremlin ahead of the world scene, should facilitate the task of great Russian groups eager to reinforce their presence on the African continent.
