On On the occasion of the celebration of the international day of peace, celebrated on September 21 of each year, seventy five female organizations of the civil society unanimously formulated a Joint Declaration on the establishment of peace in DRC.
"If the men are not able to agree for peace, as women we can do it", this is a sentence which summarizes joint declaration signed by these female organizations.
For this year, the international day of peace is celebrated around the topic:"let make peace together".
However in the country, the female organizations of the civil society launch a call to the collective efforts of the men and women to work with research, the construction and the maintenance of peace.
International partners and NGO like Oxfam and their campaign "Je compte", these organizations want to mark this world, crucial day for the DRC.
"No peace can be made and to be durable without the women and young people taking part and have in it their guaranteed human rights", they declare.
For recall, September 21 was issued international day of peace for the United Nations with an aim of contributing to the reinforcement of the ideals of peace within all the nations and of all the people.
