The Authority of regulation of the Post office and Telecommunications of Congo (ARPTC), body charged to take care of the respect of the laws, settlements and conventions as regards the stations and telecommunications, has two new advisers. It is about Prince Kokola Mutuale Katitima and Joseph Ponde Isangwa, named by the president of the Republic, Felix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo.
The order of the nomination of these two personalities was read in the national channels on Thursday September 17 by the deputy spokesman at the Presidency of the Republic, Tina Salama.
The ARTPC plays an important role in this sector, because it protects in particular the interests of the consumers and the operators while taking care of the existence and the promotion of an effective and fair competition and takes all necessary measures to the effect to restore competition to the profit of the consumers.
