By the way of its spokesman André Alain Atundu Liongo, the FCC greeted the commitment of the Head of State to maintain national cohesion and to continue the establishment of the right State and the fight against impunity.

The communicating of the Joseph Kabila’s platform pointed out, during a discussion with the press last Friday that the right State is a vision at the base of FCC-CACH coalition. He let know that two strong moments met the process of the right State. Legal reform and the nominations of the organizers with an aim of improving the administration of justice, form in particular part of these strong moments.

Alain Atundu supports that it is allocated to the head of State to continue on this way while bringing the legal or legislative complements necessary to ensure a harmonious coexistence between the Court, the tribunal and those to be tried.

The spokesman of the FCC did not fail to stress that the right State must take care of social peace and social security of the institutions by preventing that the judgments are not perceived like the settling of scores.
