DRC once more lost one of its magistrates, it is about the First president of the Supreme court of appeal, in the person of Dominique Ntambwe WaKaniki Biselela.

He passed away on Monday, june 29, 2020 at the Medical centre of Kinshasa(Cmk) where he was hospitalized during two weeks, a legal source reports.

The disappearance of Dominique Ntambwe intervenes a few months only after his service of oath in front of the President of the republic, Felix Tshisekedi.

Native Native of Kasaï Oriental, Ntambwe WaKaniki was born on September 18, 1951. He was appointed magistrate, February 22, 1977, then first substitute of the public prosecutor at the court of Kinshasa/Matete.

This professional of justice dies out at the time when DRC took the route of valorization of justice and the consolidation of the State of right.
