The inhabitants of the Citas district in the township of Barumbu, dividing the border with the township of Gombe, awoke and noted that they did not have right to get out.

The congolese national police force included their district in confining measures as the township of Gombe which is the main place of the epidemic of Coronavirus which already cost the life to 18 people, and made more than 160 cases listed in the country.

"We made any provision to face this confining which does not concern the township of Barumbu", regretted a journalist living this district who had to call the head of the police force of Kinshasa, Sylvano Kasongo. And his step paid because the police force ended up being folded up.

Several other skids are deplored in the various access points to Gombe, witnesses reported. Example of certain people who were refused access in spite of their macaroon obtained from the town hall. Banks, supermarkets, stores, telecommunication companies which should open remained closed this Monday in Gombe.
