The governor of north Kivu Carly Nzau decided the suspension of the travels between the towns of Goma and Bukavu, during 14 days so avoiding the propagation of the pandemia of the coronavirus in these two cities.

This decision of the provincial government which was taken during an extraordinary meeting of the provincial council of widened safety of North Kivu came into effect since last Wednesday 1 April for duration of two weeks. It relates to the lake and terrestrial travels.

It should be known that these two close provinces of which North and the south Kivu count on the total 3 cases of the people tested positive with Covid 19 including 2 for the South Kivu and 1 case for North Kivu.
