"One learns through a letter March 27, 2020 and addressed by the General manager of the DGM (Directorate-General of migration) to the director of the AAC (Authority of the civil aviation) that the latter would be occupied delivering to s0everal airline companies, the authorizations of flying over the national territory and landing on various airports of the country", this tabloid mentions. Before stressing that this mode of not concerted exemption is considered by the director of the DGM "a serious violation of presidential measures".

LA PROSPERITE reports: "Coronavirus: Ilunga Ilunkamba in the battle"
