The governor of the town of Kinshasa, Gentiny Ngobila, has just issued a total intermittent of 21 days confinement which takes effect as of this Saturday March 28. This, to allow the strict application of barrier measures of prevention against the covid-19 taken by the authorities.

This confining will be done with a four days rotation of forced quartering. In clear, it is planned of a total stop of the movements of the Kinshasa people between saturday 28 and Tuesday March 31, 2020. Wednesday April 1 and Thursday April 2, the population of Kinshasa is authorized to circulate.

The second stage of forced stop of any displacement begins Friday April 3 to finish on April 6. Consequently, the Kinshasa people will find their freedom of movement Tuesday April 7 and Wednesday April 8. This restriction will continue until Saturday April 18, 2020.
