On his tweeter account, the minister of Public health, Eteni Longondo, announced Sunday March 22, the recording of second case of death due to Coronavirus in Kinshasa.

Eteni Longondo pointed out that the number of the cases passed from 23 to 30 to Kinshasa and reassured that the teams of hygiene are organizing for a worthy burial and made safe of second case of death related to the COVID19.

He reassured that the national Institute of biomedical research (INRB) confirmed among the new patients due to Covid-19, three stayed in Europe and four locally infected.

In order to reduce the exposure to a range of the diseases and the transmission of these patients, several recommendation were made by the World Health Organization for general public in particular: hygiene cover with the hands, respiratory hygiene and the good practices as regards medical safety of food, to frequently wash the hands with water and the soap, regular friction of the hands with hydro alcoholic solution.

To cover the mouth and the nose with the fold of the elbow or a handkerchief in the event of cough or of sneeze - throwing the handkerchief immediately after and to wash the hands, to avoid the close contacts with the people who have fever and who cough, in the event of fever, of cough and respiratory difficulties, to consult a doctor without delaying and told him about the travel you have carried out, on the markets located in the zones where there is currently the cases due to new coronavirus, avoiding the direct contacts and not to protect with the alive animals and surfaces in contact with these last, the consumption of animal products (eggs, milk ) raw or badly cooked must be avoided.
