Schools in over-populated mode and confronted with the lack of equipment, water and sanitary facilities, as well as teaching equipment and of adequate training work under miserable conditions. That involves a deficit of education, one reveals in educational circles…

In short, the congolese authorities are themselves aware owing to the fact that the level of the congolese education system is too low. This is why they prefer to send their children to study to Europe, Canada and the United States.

The schools exist but without infrastructures. The children study under the trees, sitting on the floor , changing position at each time the shade of the tree moves. They do not know what is a library, because there is not any in their environment.

Poverty is such as, for lack of a genuine computer, the pupils study a computer drawn in the table. With a stick pointed on the drawing, the professor show them what is the central processing unit of a computer; it is the mouse; here the keyboard; the mother chart and the hard disk are inside.

Here that it remains far from being perfect not only on the infrastructure plan but also on the quality of teaching even the instruction of learning even on the floor like their management in rooms.

Report made at the E.P II Saint Ndolo Charles Lwanga and the E.P Saint Spirit, two schools located in the township of Barumbu in which the pupils study on the floor whereas that made already several months that the exemption of teaching is applied. As for the teachers, they deplore the excessive number of the schoolboys by class.

Because according to the latter, there was less than 20 pupils by class, today there is more than 70 schoolboys by class. On this, a problem of taking care and management of the pupils arises. " Up to now State does not react facing this problem, the lack of bench is a real fact, to see the pupils learning on the floor influence even the comprehension of the courses.
