The students of the University of Kinshasa say being to end of breath. They are more concerned by the strike movement observed by the professors at the point not to hope occupying their audiences.
Initially announced by the national Minister in charge of the Higher education and University, Thomas Luhaka, the resumption of the courses within Unikin did not take place on Monday February 24, 2020. Apukin having called to the renewal of their strike movement until total satisfaction of their claims
Source of big faintness, the absence of the professors in the audiences in Unikin put students in difficulty and tended to create movements among the students. The latter denounced the absence of the teachers while protesting hostile talks.
It is followed from there that the students threw all the responsibility towards the central government for its lack not taking care of the situation to the risk to get a lost year at the University of Kinshasa.
On behalf of On behalf od O professors, they pointed out the absence of the political good-will on for government of the Republic which, in spite of the instructions of his excellence president of Republic, did not yet take action on the professors’ claims of UNIKIN, their official statement revealed.
They affirmed to recently leave the Committee of Partners of this university. To renew the strike, it is the only solution to make fold the government, one let know. The academic activities were suspended by the Minister of the ESU, reason of anger demonstrations of the students who took place and 6 and January 7, 2020 within this University.
