The Deputy Prime Minister, Minister in charge of Justice Tundaya Kasendes is expressed on the situation of the strike of the magistrates at the time of 21st Council of Ministers chaired Friday February 14 by the head of State, Felix AntoineTshisekedi, at the Cité de l’Union Africaine.

Submitting to the council the report on the situation "these men of law" "who assert the application of their baremic grids of wages transmitted to Government in September 2019 and claim the suppression of the IPR because of its negative impact on their remunerations, during negotiations between the two parties. The  Cabinet led by the Deputy Prime Minister, Minister in charge of Justice, submitted to the representatives trade unions magistrates the specific proposals in accordance with the budgetary law 2020", one reads in the report of the Council of Ministers.

Presenting the situation of the trend of the prices of the products for human consumption at the date of February 13, 2020, Mrs. the Minister in charge of national Economy, Mme Acacia Bandunbola Mbongo revealed that compared to his last presentation of January 31, 2020, there is a tendency depression of the prices of certain products while others are remained more or less stable.

While in what relates to him, the Minister in charge of Defense, Aime NgoyMukena, he presented the security situation on the whole of the national territory, in particular evoking the persistent tension in Minenbwe in Sud-Kivu, marked by the confrontations between the Mai Mai coalition "Bembe-Fuliro-Nyundu" and militia "FRF/Ngunimo" on bottom of the flights of cattle; appearance, in territory of Irumu in Ituri, of a movement called « Force patriotique et intégrationniste du Congo»  made up of the members of the Bira community to which elements of the FPRI refractory joined the DDR process.

The Deputy Prime Minister, responsible of the Plan Elysée Minenbwea presented the businesses climate situation; and the launching of the plan of framework of co-operation of the United Nations for durable development and workshop of development of the schemes of work unites 2020-2021 for the durable development of the Countries team of the United Nations in democratic Republic of Congo.

The Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for the Plan Elysium Minenbwea for its part presented at the inventory of fixtures of the climate of the businesses;  and the launching of the plan of framework of co-operation of the United Nations for the durable development and workshop of development of the schemes of work unites 2020-2021 for the durable development of the Pays team of the United Nations in democratic Republic of Congo.

The Minister in charge of Stations, telecommunications and new technologies of communication, Augustin Kibassa Maliba exposed on the Project modifying and supplementing the Decree No 012/15 of 20 February 2012 laying down the methods of calculations and the rates of the incomes of services of the authority of Regulation of the Post office and telecommunications, "ARPTC".

It is important to note that the Communication of the President of the Republic was also entered on the agenda of this meeting.
