The host of the minister of State recalled his interlocutress that DRC is 2nd French-speaking country after France, before indicating that they reviewed the various missions of the organization which are those of the implication of the ministries so that the genre can be taken into account.
For Néfertiti Tshibanda, the minister of State, who welcomed this partnership with joy estimated that it is a collaboration which starts in order to make respect the genre.
Evoking the celebration of the month of the woman, Néfertiti Tshibanda specified that March is symbolic system for the francophonie, because it coincides this year with its 50 years of existence.
