It was a great honor for president Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo to belong to the guests, especially in these official circumstances, for a dinner of State to the Buckingham palace offered by the Queen Elizabeth II of England.

At the last day of the stay of Felix Tshisekedi in British ground, this dinner of State will have constituted one of strong times for the heads of State present at the United Kingdom-Africa Summit on the investment held in London from 19 to January 21, 2020.

According to British authorities, this summit related to the reinforcement of the partnership between the United Kingdom- and African countries.

In the favour of these meetings, president Tshisekedi tied meetings with several high level British personalities of whom the Prime Minister Boris Johnson.

It is also planned of bilateral meetings with his colleagues present at the Summit of which in particular Egyptian president Abdel Fattah Al-Sissi, President-in-Office of the African Union.

By organizing this n summit, the United Kingdom commits to support the economic development through Africa, by the creation of new employment and durable partnerships.

The Summit of London has a highly strategic character for the United Kingdom, because in ten days, Brexit will be effective, carrying away with him the loss of all the privileges and partnership which the British had with the other nations of the European Union.

Africa, with its market of almost 2 billion inhabitants, is attractive and Boris Johnson understood well and will plead so that his country is more active in Africa.
