In margin of this commemoration, a public lesson was organized on January 15 into the Maman Ngebi studio of the RTNC around the them:"The political vision of M’Zee Laurent-Désiré Kabila, conscience and patriotic awakening, case of Beni/Nord-Kivu.

Journalist and researcher, Nicaise Kibel Bel Oka recalled - during this public lesson initiated by the Foundation Laurent-Désiré Kabila- the history of the ADF, the Sukola 1 operation and the stakes of the war of Beni.

The ADF, he revealed, cause their origin of the Moslem sect "Talbi" emigrated in Tanzani then in Uganda. Their Leader Djamil Mukula remained in Kenya before going to Sudan where he will be formed on Jihad by Ben Laden. Mr. Kibel Bel pointed out that the ADF recruit their members by Kidnappings and forced recruitments. Their bastion of Madina, that the FARDC have just taken, was a State in a State and one applied the charia there.

He also pointed finger the international community which acts in under hand to weaken the army and the congolese State. While being based on bad reports, like that of the GEC (Group of studies on Congo) financed by an American university, he initiates sanctions on certain congolese officers. Question: how to save the country from the balkanization if some officers are under the sanction of the international community?

Being the stakes, the speaker stressed that the nations are born and die it is the case, in particular of Yugoslavia now burst in several States.
