The Immaculés retain their breath. At the time when they carry out a good season with Confederation Cup (2nd of its group) and in national championship (2nd behind Mazembe), the Green and White of the capital see emerging a business which is likely to do everything to capsize. It is the business of the players Ngouelou and Tomanzoto, both come from the Republic of Congo.

DCMP is accused to have used a false identity for Ngouelou, former of AC Otoyo to obtain its qualification from Confederation Cup. The club is also pointed finger for Tomanzoto, recorded within the FECOFA, Linafoot and the CAF like Congolese of DRC, whereas the young person evolves even in the team of the young people of the Republic of Congo.

Zambians of Zanaco and the Morrocans of Renaissance Berkane would have carried this business to the CAF authorities. At the local level, it is AS V Club which would have announced the litigation close to Linafoot. For their part, the leaders of the DCMP deny this information.

As the TP Mazembe in 2010 with the Besala January case and the AS V Club in 2016 with the Malian Traoré, DCMP risks a disqualification in inter club African competition if it is recognized guilty.
