The former DRC ambassador to Japan, Didier Kitima bin Ramazani, is in dirty sheets. On Wednesday January 8, he was subjected to a muscular interrogation in the Criminal Record by a senior officer of the judicial police. This diplomat, relieved of his duties and recalled to Kinshasa in early September by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, does not seem to have clean hands.

He is accused among other complaints of having orchestrated an artistic vagueness in the sale of the Congolese state building of six levels housing the Embassy in Tokyo as well as the residence of diplomats. According to sources familiar with the matter, this building is worth of US $ 10 million. For some time, the same sources recall, the Congolese diaspora in Japan sounded the alarm to denounce the conflict of interest, swindle and sale of the chancellery by Mr. Ramazani, appointed as ambassador of Japan in July 2018.

The interested party, one recognized, does not have a banal course. Cosellor Adviser of embassy of DRC in Tokyo, he will be named to the functions of temporary chargé d' affaires in July 2017.

Those who know him take up his impetuous temper. He demonstrated this on Wednesday January 8 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs where a fight was barely avoided between him and the director of cabinet of this ministry, Ambassador Kilufya met in front of the elevator. Thanks to the intervention of the police committed to the security of this building, the worst was avoided.
