The Common Front for Congo (FCC) invited Governor Gentiny Ngobila Mbaka carried out the replacement of Dolly Makambo by Ruben-Bernard BoleliMpot' iyolo at the post of provincial Minister for the Interior, safety, Usual Affaires and Decentralization.
The FCC which said to have learned with many regrets the judgment of the territorial boss of the town of Kinshasa by the military high court, encourages, in addition, the justice actions as defined by the highest jurisdiction of the military order and invite the boss of the town of Kinshasa to immediately replace Dolly Makambo at this station which returns to the PPRD.
The FCC reported this in a letter sent on 10 December to the provincial chief executive and signed by its national coordinator, Nehemiah Mwilanya Wilondja. "... the coordination of the FCC encourages judicial actions as defined by the court, and invites you to the immediate replacement of the city, by Mr. Ruben-Bernard BoleliMpot'iyolo, representing the quota of the People's Party for Reconstruction and Development, PPRD, whose permanent secretary reads me in copy ", can be read in the correspondence.
The High Military Court had sentenced Thursday, November 21, 2019, the provincial Minister of the Interior Dolly Makambo to 10 years of principal penal servitude in the murder case of the managing director of the Vijana Health Center.
Dolly Makambo was found guilty of inciting an act contrary to duty and discipline.
