The closing of the Trades Fair organized on the occasion of the first National Forum of Vocational Training, FONAFOP, was an opportunity for the Prime Minister Ilunga Ilunkamba to see the achievements obtained in particular in the production of pavers made of plastic waste. It was during his visit of stands at the esplanade of the Independence Square (Gare Central).

Ilunga Ilunkamba made a clear statement about this project which aims to transform a source of degradation of the urban environment into economic opportunity in the form of a social enterprise with a stimulation of the entrepreneurial spirit in Kinshasa young people.

On this occasion, the coordinator of the project of transformation of plastic waste in economic opportunity, Mr. Dismas Kyanza, gave some statistics compared to the studies realized, thanks to which 8. 495 kilos of bags were evacuated for the manufacture of 10. 400 plastic pavers in Kinshasa
