This morning, Félix Tshisekedi launched the "Kin-Bopeto" operation, a sanitation program initiated by the governor of Kinshasa, Gentiny Ngobila. The head of state insisted on changing of mentalities of Congolese in general and Kinshasa people in particular. He addressed the mayors of the municipalities by asking them to get involved in this sanitation program.

He asked that the money collected by the burgomasters in the various municipal markets also be used to motivate young people. This, so that these young people clean their environment "We have to find them shovels ... then motivate them too because they are not" slaves "", he addressed the Kinshasa in a language they love, Lingala. But it is necessary that each one of us maintains his frontage, he insisted, before the young people can gather this waste in a dump so that the public service can recover them, he added.

Felix Tshisekedi also put the Kinshasa people in front of their responsibility. "You demand that we fight against theft, corruption, misappropriation and we also ask you to change mentalities. Our priority is the people first, but the people must prove their sovereignty. In this case, you must be at your own control. You have to tell us how you want the country to work ... By launching Kin-Bopeto, we are also sending a very strong message to the whole country, "he said.

He showed them that some diseases that Kinshasa suffer from are often related to the unhealthy environment. "It's because of our behavior. It is not a bad thing [these diseases], often it is because of the mismanagement of filth, "he said. Well before this launch, Felix Tshisekedi inaugurated the Luambo Makiadi avenue rehabilitated 20 years after its impracticable state.
