In a four-page memorandum that she has just given to the President of the National Assembly, she stresses that it is time for the representation of women in public institutions, especially those supporting democracy, to become a reality, in accordance with the Constitution of the Republic.

Hence the cry of alarm calling for entrusting the management of the electoral center to a woman who is a house girl-since the appointment of the members of the CENI office depends on the parties and political groupings, the civil society proposes to the latter to recruit homes children.

As far as the restructuring of the CENI is concerned, civil society considers that it remains a priority that will have to take into account its depoliticization, which involves the appointment of technocrats, true experts.

This is why, the Civil Society reveals, this woman will in principle have experience accumulated since the creation of this structure until at least 2018, and more specifically in the operations and the treatment of electoral disputes.

In addition, this memo also mentions the questions relating to the state budget for the year 2020, decentralization. With regard to the latter, the Civil Society encourages its continuation while requiring the delimitation of the decentralized territorial entities, the regular designation of the organs of their management and the effective organization of the local elections.
