Land Affairs Minister, Aimé Sakombi Molendo, received in working audience, Richard Martin, President and CEO of the Canadian Academy of Leadership and Human Capital Development (Canlead).

The exchanges between the two personalities revolved around the modalities of a close collaboration in strategic leadership on land management facing the economic and financial issues based on a diagnostic study, reports a press release from the Ministry of Land Affairs.

According to CANLEAD's CEO, "Variable geometry immersion training brings cutting-edge knowledge for networking with investment hunters."

During the discussions, Sakombi Molendo recalled that his mandate is aimed, in particular the initiation of a profiling exercise. "The renewal of my ministerial mandate is among the corrective measures, to initiate a profiling exercise to help create the conditions for the formation of different categories of staff of the Ministry of Land Affairs", the minister specifies.

In terms of land management, the specialized modules of CANLEAD could create the conditions for an update by a strategic immersion of their knowledge, one reads in this release. In this context, the stakes are multi-sectoral and the door of the Democratic Republic of Congo is accessible by its land division, under the seal of large open sites.

Aimé Sakombi Molendo is part of 66 members of the government appointed by President Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi recently at the Ministry of Land Affairs, he says placing his mandate under the sign of "renewal" in this sector.
