Two magistrates of the public prosecutor's office near the supreme court of appeal left the city of Kinshasa Thursday, August 29th for the city of Matadi, in order to investigate the case of the accusation of the vice-governor of Kongo Central province about the rape on Mimie Muyita, the assistant of his holder Atou Matoubuana.

Mimie Muyita, deputy governor's assistant is already dismissed by a decree signed by the governor on Thursday, August 29th. During the meeting between the governor and his vice after the incident-they reaffirmed their unity at the head of the Kongo Ccentral province.

This affair pushed the national deputies who are nationals of Kongo Central to plan a march this Saturday. A peaceful march of protest against the humiliation suffered by the people of whom, the vice-governor was a victim.

They demand the dismissal of the provincial chief of the ANR, exemplary sanctions against the police who have damaged the integrity of the vice-governor, but also the resignation, if not the dismissal of the governor and his vice at the head of State.

Recall that three days after the case of alleged rape of the vice governor, Justin Luemba over Mimie Muyita, a meeting was held between governor Atou Matubuana and his deputy Wednesday, August 28 at the official residence of the governor, Ciné palace district in Matadi.
