Led by the members of his cabinet and the delegation of the national president of the League of the young people of Udps, the Adviser of the Head of the State as regards youth and fights against the violences made to the woman, Mrs. Chantal Yelu Mulop honoured congolese youth by taking share to the launching of 1st Jamboree national organized in Kinshasa in the municipality of N’sele.

It is about Scout gathering the delegations from all over the country. For this year, the theme is "the scouts of the DRC committed to a better Congo".

Speaking, Mrs. Chantal Yelu Mulop paid tribute to the parents of Scouts and religious denominations, for the trust and sponsorship of Scout activities throughout the country and especially to the entire Fesco national team for success of holding this national scout meeting despite multiple difficulties.

The youthful atmosphere has characterized this activity which is part of the efforts of the Head of State, Félix-Antoine Tshisekedi to make Congolese youth, tomorrow's future, one of the links in the development of the DRC.

The President of the Republic in his parental qualities has always in his frantic quest for balance to effectively cultivate real and lasting peace by counting on Scouting and other extracurricular activities, the Head of State’s counselor revealed.
