In some political parties such as the UDPS, the authorities have welcomed these appointments, which have taken into account some of its promoted executives.
Thus, the Cabinet of the Governor of Kinshasa, through its director, Mr. Freddy Bonzeke Iluki quickly reacted by denying this information. Just as he promises to bring into justice- "After investigation, the person who posted this fake document is already identified and will be brought into justice," he promises before adding: "The Cabinet of the Governor of the city was surprised like everyone by the presence based on a decree without number, without date and without seal of the Town Hall ".
"The cabinet of the Governor lets know that the document is a forgery. The Cabinet of the Governor condemns this irresponsible act and asks all the institutions "to pay great attention to the phenomenon of social networks which make the fake documents", it challenges in this official statement.
