Coming specifically from Rome, Renato Bovolo, the architect of Radio Maria whose construction of the facilities are also concerned as a related service of the basilica was also on the ground for services.

It is the same for Brother Bruno Lusongakio and Bother Roger Wawa, respectively Director of Catholic Television and National Director of Radio Maria.

For the Archbishop of Kinshasa, Catholic or not, everyone must support him, because this project has the particularity of being a cultural heritage. It will be necessary for all Catholics to get involved in.

"I ask everyone that we can hold hands to succeed. The work that begins today is great for the Catholic Church of Congo but also for the whole of the DRC. This is a great project to build a basilica cathedral that is at the height of the diocesan Church as well as the city of Kinshasa, because what says basilica cathedral said a large church, powerful and beautiful", he added before adding that "the basilica cathedral is first of all a work of God, because the biblical passage emphasizes" if God alone does not build, it is in vain that the builders work ".

The Director of Radio Maria said that the work of the construction of the basilica concerns first of all the communication block which concerns the Radio Maria, the Radio, Elykia and the written newspaper of the basilica.

Then, will come the construction of the Rector's residence and the construction of the Archbishop's office. As for Radio Maria, the funds for its construction building are already available, he confirmed.
