A strong delegation of the Congolese Society of Transport and Ports (SCTP) led on Wednesday, August 14, the Deputy Prime Minister in charge of Transport and Interim Communication channel, Azarias Ruberwa, to the container terminal of the port of Kinshasa.

It was in the context of the goal of the restoration work of the equipment of this public company. During this visit, Laya Sinsu, Acting Director General of the SCTP took the opportunity to make a plea to the government to continue to be with this company for its return to orbit.

Azarias Ruberwa also recalled that the revival of these devices of the SCTP is a question that cost 6 billion francs either, 3.05 million dollars to the Treasury before hammering over the "conscientious leadership" of the managers of this company. "It's the state's money! It could be used for something else ... You have to manage correctly!!! He insisted.

The deputy Manager of the SCTP has also raised the awareness of the population so that he changes the mindset to better use the railway and the train, including paying the ticket. This descent of the delegation, at the SCTP took place, just after the inauguration ceremony of the Kinshasa-Matadi railway line and Kisangulu-Gare Central railway of Kinshasa, by the Deputy Prime Minister in charge of Transport.

And later on, a team of journalists was conducted in the compound of TCP where drinking water is used to the port of the SCTP.
