The presidential promise made last Thursday, July 11th finally becomes a reality. President Félix Tshisekedi announced it during the African Day against Corruption, organized in Kinshasa by the Observatory of the Supervision of Corruption and Professional Ethics (OSCEP) in collaboration with the Office of the President of the Republic.0

To be sure of it, on Thursday, August 8, 2019, the President named the members of the Coordination for Change of Minds (CCM). By an order appointing this structure, Félix Tshisekedi brought to the head of this coordination Mr. Jacques Kangudia Mutambayi.

The Principal Coordinator of the CCM will be assisted by two assistants, including Justin Bendasana, Deputy Coordinator in charge of Administrative and Financial Matters, and Jacques Kambala Tshilombo, Deputy Coordinator in charge of technical and operational matters.

The Head of State signed three other orders concerning the creation of structures in his cabinet. This is the creation of a specialized service called "Coordination of external resources and project monitoring (CRESP)", of the creation, organization and operation of the unit for support to integrated emergency programs of community development (CAPUIDC).

The third is the approval of the grant agreement between the DRC and the International Development Association as additional funding for the health system development project to improve maternal and child health outcomes.

For the Coordination of External Resources and Project Monitoring (CRESP), its mission is to study, on behalf of the President of the Republic, all the questions submitted to it and likely to contribute to the improvement and implementation of reforms and government programs funded by donors.

The Coordination for Change of Mindset created in the fight against corruption is responsible for ensuring prevention, awareness and fight against all kinds of anti-values. Thus, this team will have to be strong to take the Congolese to change their mentality.
