The safety and stability in the area of central Africa pass ineluctably by the mutualisation of the efforts of the services of safety, guarantees of a collective peace for their respective States.
It is within this framework that the beginning should be placed, yesterday Monday 24juin, in Kinshasa, capital of the RDC, work of the workshop of the high executives of services of safety of the States of the area "central Africa" of the international Conference of the African services of safety (CISSA).
