At the count, out of 113 deputies of the Lamuka political platform who sit in the lower house, 33 were invalidated. According to MLC deputies Raphael Kibuka, "What happens in the constitutional court is like a theater".

Otherwise how explained that the 2nd best elected of Mont-Amba with 26,000 votes, is invalidated in favor of a lady who did not exceed 1000 votes, whereas the MLC reaches the threshold of 1% of the votes cast, he wonders. According to Jérôme Bonso, expert in electoral matters, who has expressed reservations about these judgments, there is food and drink in these decisions. The constitutional court should only limit the material errors committed by the electoral center and not replace the CENI. "Opposition deputies denounce an open corruption and loudly proclaim that this is a settlement, a scenario to weaken the opposition. Consequence, the debates in the lower house will be oriented in one direction.
