Under the terms of the second order on the restructuring of GECAMINES, MM. Yuma Mulimbi Albert, Sama Lukonde Kyenge Michel and Ntambwe Ngoy Kabongo Bester-Hilaire are respectively appointed Chairman of the Board (PCA), Chief Executive and Deputy General Manager (DGA).
