"The humanitarian musical time for peace and education" was the main theme of the meeting. Participants from many countries around the world responded favorably to this foundation of universal peace. Unesco's Directorate-General for Education also took part in this meeting which took place in its enclosure.

It served as a framework for the overall intellectual reflection of personalities dedicated to the education of children and youth, especially girls, as well as to the project of installation of drinking water in rural Africa.

Awareness of this important education and peace program will be through music, as the theme of the conference indicates. Because, the art of Orpheus is vector par excellence of peace, reaching any person without any discrimination, one let know.

A few songs about peace and education sung by Papa Wemba, four days before his death, were auditioned. These songs were finalized by singer Kabeya Héritier Watanabe, raised since September 5, 2018 at the European Parliament in Brussels, to the distinction of supreme international ambassador of youth by the peace of the Culpac.
