An unfortunate incident occurred in the night of 20 to 21 May in Kambove territory, province of Haut Katanga. A policeman was killed and a woman was raped. Immediately informed, the number one of Haut Katanga province sent a strong delegation made up of the Minister of the Interior, Jean-Claude Kayumba Topatopa to inquire about the situation.
