In Lubumbashi, he held last Saturday, the meeting of the High Council of Defense, accompanied by urgent measures to restore peace in this city-With the same determination, he landed Sunday in Goma, Nord Kivu.

If the establishment of a new government has fallen behind, the president of the republic, Felix Tshisekedi didn’t stop showing his determination to move forward in the march of the state. It is now in the process of stifling all pockets of insecurity in the eastern part of the DRC.

For a while, the people of Lubumbashi and Goma live in obsessive fear. In Lubumbashi, capital of the province of Haut Katanga, fear is on all faces. It is Friday that Felix Tshisekedi arrived at Lubumbashi, with in his continuation, the outgoing Prime Minister and principal members of the government as well as the officers of the services of defense and security. On the spot in Lubumbashi, the Head of State chaired the meeting of the higher Council of Defense, with for objective mobilizing the men of the troops and all the security services for purposes to bring back peace in the town of Lubumbashi.

After this meeting of the CSP, to which also took part the principal private secretary of the Head of State Vital Kamerhe, the directives were given to the men of troops and to all the services of defense and security so that breath in the town of Lubumbashi a new wind of safety. Another inhabitant of Lubumbashi could not restrain his emotion. "The authorities know what is going on in Lubumbashi, but they let it go.
