In this report, a copy of which was submitted to ACP, the APUKIS leader tells the story of the unfortunate events that took place on the campus of Kisangani University on February 7 and 8, where students living in Elungu Complex home protested in front of the administrative building of the University.

This, to demand the release of two of their colleagues arrested in custody in a murder case, which resulted in the sequestration of academic and administrative authorities for more than four (4) hours, while threatening to burn some vehicles that were in the parking, including 3 vehicles and 7 motorcycles.

Which events have plunged the university into an unprecedented crisis-In view of the gravity of this situation, the staff of the University gathered in the Tripartite APUKIS, Association of Scientists (ASUKIS) and Administrative and Technical Personnel (PATO), launched an unrestricted strike to their claims.

Also the rectorate of the university signed last weekend, a decision excluding definitively, six students found guilty of this deceit and eviction of residents of three homes namely: Complex Elungu, Koli village and Monaco.
