The Political Platforms for Change (CACH) and Common Front for Congo (FCC) have agreed to move directly to the appointment of the Government trainer. This is the main result of exchanges between the leaders of these two political groups in Kinshasa. At the end of the works, the two platforms agreed that the FCC has the documented majority of the absolute majority within the National Assembly, within the meaning of article 78, paragraph 1 of the Constitution.

With this in mind, CACH and the FCC call on President Felix Tshisekedi to name a government trainer diligently. They invite at the same time the moral authority of the FCC, the outgoing President Joseph Kabila, to perform the duties of his office allowing the Head of State to proceed to the appointment of said trainer.

Recall that the two platforms did not agree on the need to name or not the informant. For CACH, the Head of State had to appoint the informant to formally identify the parliamentary majority within the National Assembly.

The FCC, the mega platform initiated by Joseph Kabila was strong enough to demonstrate that it had 330 deputies elected in the elections of December 30 last. A number is a synonymous with the absolute majority. As a show of force, the national elected of FCC had traveled Sunday, February 24 to Kingakati to reaffirm their loyalty to moral authority. It was also a way for the Kabilie and similar to show the city and the world the parliamentary majority.

Therefore, since that day, for the political family of the outgoing head of state, the debate on the informant was moot. The consultations between the two camps have come to put an end to this controversy. The Congolese hope to finally know the name of the leader of the first government of the Tshisekedi era.
