The President of the Republic Felix-Antoine Tshisekedi Tshilombo arrived Tuesday in Windhoek, Namibia, at the invitation of his homologue Hagei Geingob. The Head of State was greeted at Hosea Airport in Windhoek by Netumbo Nandi Ndaitwah, Namibia's Deputy Prime Minister in charge of international cooperation.

Two days of work that will allow him to get contact with Sadc, (Southern African Development Community) when Namibia assumes the rotating presidency of the sub-regional organization. In his suite, the head of state is accompanied by the first lady, Denise Nyajeru Tshisekedi, and several collaborators.

"I have found hope and confidence in the DRC's ability to play an important role in the development of the Sadc region and Africa as a whole. That is why President Tshisekedi's working visit to Namibia marks a crucial step in the consolidation of bilateral relations between our two countries, with the main objective of opening up vast possibilities for interpersonal exchanges and exchanges between companies in the interest of shared well-being for our two countries ", reminded the Namibian presidency in a statement, shortly before the arrival of Felix Tshisekedi in Windhoek.
